FAQ
Questions about ACBuy QC photos and links
Short, honest answers. Where a fuller explanation exists, each answer links to it.
Are all images here ACBuy warehouse photos?
No. Every item shows a source catalogue image, and 176 of the 200 items also show QC photos that appear on the public source listing. None of these are attributed to an ACBuy warehouse, because we cannot prove who photographed them or for which order. We do not label any image as an ACBuy warehouse photo. See the three kinds of image evidence.
Can I look up private order photos here?
No. This is a reference site, not an account tool. It does not query order numbers, connect to any agent account, or hold anyone's private order or address data. If you want photos of your own order, that request goes to whichever agent handled it.
Does QC guarantee authenticity?
No. A quality-check photo records condition — damage, wrong sends, obvious flaws, count. It is not an authentication and cannot prove a product is genuine, nor its materials, durability, function or fit. What QC cannot guarantee covers this in full.
What happens when an ACBuy product link is unavailable?
For these reference items there is no ACBuy product link to begin with — the source listings do not carry one. Each item links to its public source listing, which lists several shopping agents (such as Kakobuy, Superbuy, Sugargoo and Hoobuy) so you can choose your own. We do not invent an ACBuy link or attach a referral code that was not there.
Why do you show a US$ price and a CN¥ price?
The seller's listing price is in Chinese yuan (CN¥). The US$ figure is an indicative conversion at the ECB reference rate for 2026-09-17, shown for orientation only. It excludes the agent service fee, domestic and international shipping, and any customs charges, so it is not a final or landed price.
Do you earn a commission on these links?
There are no referral or affiliate codes on the outbound links on this site. They point to the plain public source listing. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on the disclaimer page and marked on the link itself.
How current is any of this?
The reference items were observed from source listings on 2026-09-17. Prices, images, agent availability and service terms can change at any time. Treat anything time-sensitive — especially fees and shipping — as needing a fresh check on the official platform when you order.
